Welcome to an Eventful city of Copenhagen

Copenhagen is the most exciting and cosmopolitan Scandinavian city which is very welcoming and wonderful to all its visitors with its unending charm and exciting events all the year round. Indulge in the typical Danish hospitality and well being by booking your flights to Copenhagen this year.

That is why I booked my flights to Copenhagen to experience the earthiest travel to witness the city of canals’ architecture and culinary revolution. The city with its great transport and cleanliness and being budget-friendly made me choose it as the vacation getaway and I was prompted to book my cheap flights to Copenhagen.

Upcoming shows and Events in Copenhagen

The city is buzzing with artistic, exciting and intellectual events all through the year. So you can plan your travel and book your cheap tickets to Copenhagen according to the event you want to be part of. Like there is grand opening ceremony of Tivoli Gardens which is an extravagant show to be part of while in Copenhagen in April.

Enjoy best and cheapest shopping at the New Years Flea market and along with that you can also enjoy the best jazz at the Winter Jazz which starts from January 28th and ends on 6th February every year. Fashion freaks can join the famous Copenhagen Fashion Festival to watch the latest fashion trends and designs. There is CIFF and CIFF kids too especially created for the kids, which is held at the Bella Centre in Fashion Fair. Club your appetite for fashion with the most relishing and tasty food at the Nordic Food Festival where the best Copenhagen gourmet is served.

Exciting May in Copenhagen

I got lucky to be part of the Copenhagen Carnival which is held every year in May, because my last minute flights to Copenhagen were booked for May. During the carnival the streets are bustling with trendy and colorful costumes and typical Latin Music on the eve of Whitsun Carnival. The carnival also has the kid’s parade on Friday and the main parade passes through Central Copenhagen which encompasses the Town hall Square.

The whole day is spent dancing on the Brazilian music, reggae, salsa etc. and even my kids had fun with wide array of activities and competitions to participate. The next event aligned for us was Copenhagen Marathon which was just like killing two birds with one stone because we could see all the famous sights of the city along with getting fit by running in the marathon. When I got tired then I joined the crowd of spectators for cheering and enjoyed the jovial atmosphere. Thus the whole eventful May made my booking the cheap flights to Copenhagen worthwhile.

My last exciting event at Copenhagen was to immerse in the natural nectar at the Copenhagen Beer festival which starts from 24th May and is enjoyed the most by beer-lovers. It is organized at the Tap 1 every year and since we booked the tickets well in advance we were allowed to enter the venue before the opening time that is 4pm.
