Los Angeles: A Wonderful City to Dine, Binge, and Dance Even Till Wee Hours in the Morning

Los Angeles, a city that is well connected with different transport facilities and allows people with modest budget to check out downtown, Hollywood area, harbor area, and Eastside of the city.

Fine dining, casino playing, dancing at discos, and long drives through the rocky hills in Los Angeles is a sheer pleasure for any youngster but one must have enough cash to enjoy a hilarious and extravagant trip like this. However, I was amazed to find plenty of inexpensive flight tickets from my native place to Los Angeles international airport. In fact, I picked a profitable travel deal that included cheap tickets to Los Angeles, comfy stay at hostels, discounted and buffet meals, and many such more options. So, even on a modest budget, it is possible to clinch a short yet memorable trip to the second largest city of California.

Hollywood Frenzy, Beaches, Rocky Ravines, and Forests
It is easy to travel through Los Angeles. There are weekly and monthly passes for traveling in public transport, such as local trains and buses. I saw many tourists flocking to the city with large families and holidaying at Exposition Parks where there are roller coasters. Youngsters simply love the water park, Six Flags Hurricane Harbor or hiking through the Griffith Park. The forests and rocky terrain at Santa Monica are just the attractive spots for youngsters. Just like us, there were other international tourists who had picked discounts and offers to get cheap Flights to Los Angeles.

Shopping, Merrymaking, Binging, and Dining
Casinos, pubs, nightclubs, and discos remain open till late night to allow people to enjoy a hilarious nightlife.  From open-markets to plush designer goods at malls in Third Street Promenade, there are many shopping centers. Many tourists just like me picked cheap tickets to Los Angeles with a hope of saving money and spending the same at various shopping complex, such as:
  • Larchmont Blvd
  • Melrose Avenue,
  • Broadway in Downtown
  • Alvarado Blvd
  • Grove
  • Hollywood & Highland mall
We also savored delicious gourmet dishes at:
  • Grill Em All
  • Nom Nom
  • Kogi
  • Manila Machine
  • Genghis Cohen
  • Two Buck Chuc
Many of my friends however, enjoyed a jig at the nightclubs, The Golden Gopher, The Edison, and LA LIVE.

A Nostalgic Visit for Art Lovers
Although showbiz is one of the predominant features in Los Angeles, yet it is not the only thing that this spot is famous for. To my utter surprise I found well-maintained art museums and galleries. Some of these include:
  • The Getty Center
  • J. Paul Getty Villa
  • Museum of Contemporary Art
  • Los Angeles County Museum of Art
  • Los Angeles County Museum of Natural History
  • California Afro-American Museum.
  • Page Museum at La Brea Discoveries
  • The Museum of Tolerance
  • Japanese American National Museum.
It costs money to enter some of these museums, appreciate the artists, and enjoy sauntering through the galleries. Although not easy, but it was possible to grab affordable flight tickets and check out for regular flights to Los Angeles.
