Las Vegas – The Entertainment Hub of the United States

Las Vegas is the city that never sleeps and offers a multitude of options to enjoy non-stop. I opted for one of the flight deals for reaching this place and was wonderstruck to see that there is no dearth of live shows in this place. The performances are presented by eminent artistes like Celine Dion, Rod Stewart and Elton John and some great mind-numbing magic shows by Criss Angel. I also witnessed musical performances by performers from across the globe and saw production performances by the world-famous Cirque du Soleil.

February special shows
Since I reached this city using cheap tickets to Las Vegas in February I could enjoy the production shows scheduled for February that is worth a look.  Love by the Cirque du Soleil is a combination of acrobatics, dance and Beatles classics. Le Reve or the Dream is an out of this world aquatic spectacle that is worth seeing. Other productions from Cirque du Soleil that are treat to watch are Mystere, Zumanity and KA, besides Viva Elvis that is a tribute to the King of Rock Elvis Presley. Other variety shows include a Haunted Vegas Tour and the ever popular musical, the Phantom of the Opera that is a grand and spectacular show held daily at the Venetian costing $130 per head.

Adult zone
Few people who had inclination towards variety choose go for adult shows featuring popular actress Holly Madison or see the famous cabaret, The Crazy Horse at the MGM Grand. Thunder from Down under and Raack and Roll are other shows in this category that also seemed interesting. But to have a glimpse of this joy it is necessary to buy airline tickets and visit this place.

Magic touch
There were families with small children who had especially taken cheap flights to Las Vegas for viewing magic shows and comedy shows. Nathan Burton and David Copperfield have some very popular magical performances that left everyone of spellbound and asking for more.

Tribute shows
Tribute shows include a musical tribute to the Bee Gees and of course one show dedicated to the Beatles. I was mesmerized by the Legends in Concert and even listened to country superstars at the tribute concert of the same name. Since I fancy mind games I tried for the Mentalist show where the artist tried to read my mind and surprise me by revealing innermost thoughts and feelings. Other excellent performers in this category that was of interest include Anthony Cools and Marc Savard.

Lounge shows
Besides these shows, there are always lounge shows at all hotels that are free for guests. However it is necessary to check the dress code for the shows as most shows insist on at least a shirt and shoes code if nothing else. I hope that this brief will serve as a true guide and reckoner for you for upcoming shows in Vegas. Believe me, this is the right time to look out for flights to Las Vegas and book your tickets to this great city and let your hair down for some serious fun.
